• Inspect your order immediately! Any damages or shortages *must* be reported to Suwanee Decorative Hardware within 5 days from date of receipt of hardware. Authorized returns must be received by Suwanee Decorative Hardware within 14 days of issuance of RGA number. We will not be responsible for any claims not reported or returned in a timely manner.
• Returned items are subject to a restocking fee based on the original purchase price unless defective. Restocking fees range from 20% - 40% depending on the manufacturer; click here to view specific fees.
• All returns must be approved by Suwanee Decorative Hardware in advance by calling 866-366-4066. All returns must have an RGA request number (Returned Goods Authorization) clearly affixed to the outside of the package. Returns without an RGA number clearly visible on the package will be refused. Items returned directly to the manufacturer without our authorization will not be refunded.
• Damaged items due to improper packaging or mishandling will not be refunded. Packages with obvious damage will be refused. For items damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the shipping company.
• Hardware that has been installed, or not returned in the original package cannot be returned.
